Hi I was wondering why my magic cloak/hood is not giving me +1 to health?

Actually its wierd, in haven I can see that the items give +1 health (without the level 5 bonus) but as soon as I enter a dungeon it disappears and I do not gain any health bonus.

Earlier levels in a dungeon
Earlier levels in a dungeon slightly nerf higher star equipment so that there's still a little bit of a challenge. When you get into the deeper dungeons, when you really need them, your bonuses will show up there.

Yeah I was a little surprised
Yeah I was a little surprised when after doing the gods know how many t1 runs with a tempered calibur then walk into t2 and its doing almost 20 more dmg per hit. This is an excellent feature, kudos to whoever implemented it. keeps dungeons balanced and puts a smile on my face as I smack down spook kats.
Sometimes, the wiki number is given for the Level 5 or Level 10 bonus.
