When crafting, will the machine use my mist energy first? I just want a quick way to spend my Mist
Energy without having to go through a lengthy JK run.

Yes. Mist Energy will be consumed for crafting before CE.

The only limit with Mist Energy is that you cannot save up 100 of it and then put it on the market as CE.
