Will buying the Battle Pack qualify for a Rose Regalia item?

The topic title pretty much sums it up.
I've been reluctant about buying the Battle Pack for awhile now, but if a Rose piece comes with it that might just be enough of a nudge to make me go for it. The announcement said the Rose Regalia pieces are handed out with every minimum $9.95 CE purchase, so does it apply if I get the Battle Pack?

Just thought I'd check first!

Short answer: yes

You will only get 1 RR item though, not 2 1/2.
