Hello guys months ago i started a guild name ACTIVE with a goal to unite players from spiral knights who had 5 star gear and were skilled and most importantly Active to play with one another and become the envy of the spiral knight world. For a while it worked We became a top guild that had people constantly trying to get in. We had helped one another with prices, recipes, auction house prices, boasting, heat, and so on. It was fun till the members that were so active became not so active(including myself) and thus a revolving door ensued with new members constantly being taken in to replace the members who had fallen inactive. Leadership changes and member problems became frequent and thus we lost what had made us such a great guild. I have returned to help fix this problem and make this guild what it used to be.
Just so u guys get an idea i got a few pics.

Okay, so let me get this straight.
You started a guild with the intention of allowing only people with the best gear and skills to join. This obviously led to only people with elite status being members in your guild. For some reason, you figured that having a bunch of people who thought they were the best players in Spiral Knights all in one place wouldn't lead to any kind of unrest or intra-guild issues. On top of this, there was boasting about the guild being the best (see "peak of our power"), which led to many guild members being unhappy, which in turn created these guild problems you talk about. To solve this problem, your solution is to dissolve the guild entirely, and make a completely new guild by re-recruiting members as you see fit?
Why would anyone want to subject themselves to this? There would be nothing stopping this from happening again; nothing to guarantee that at any time, I could be kicked from a guild because my guild leader wanted to "start fresh" or "fix a problem".
No thanks.
