I would recommend giving some control like what we have for clockworks.
Someone who creates a party can lock the room and invites his friends over, and this premade group will duke it out with either random groups or o the ones which are premade too. I really would love to play with friends from other guild as a team.
There is a guild v guild tab as well as a random free for all. I think one issue is as many people as are participating in this, not many people are doing guild v guild so it's tough to get a game going, but it does exist.
