Yeah...

Defense can go past the bar... but really... you already do have a lot of fire resistance on that shield so a bit more is not going to be noticeable.

I got Low Shock on my Charged Quicksilver Mail... derp. Going to try rolling a different UV when I upgrade it to Mercurial.
