however, monsters can have stuff. for constructs, when u smash them, maybe gears and screws fly off their bodies. for jellies, slime flies off. for wolver, fur. for devilites.. maybe hteir ofice supplies get knocked away. gremlins, gears and stuff, since they tinker with machines. and so on and so forth. but no blood.

Hm... Make it impossibly dark or make it your personal color and tell everyone it's motor oil or suit lube or something? meh, though if you're lying in a pool of it on the floor unmoving after having taken a lot of damage the implications are the same, even if it's bright pink :/
on that note, we should probably have some flashes or stuff flying about in our personal colors when we take damage... maybe make the heat embers you eject on being KO'd your personal color?

Although the age group is huge, its supposed to look like a cute little kiddy game. With deadly weapons and evil monsters, but anyway... Blood would kill the cuteness of the game. Imagine Pikachu getting impaled with a horn attack in pokemon X_X Not pretty...

I guess there should, considering the horrible nature of this game. An ivading army of knights desending upon a random planet to destroy and murder the natives in the conquest for crystals...more like "blood diamonds". So if anything i find it more disturbing that this game is targeting younger kids, than your average gamer. Thats [frelled] up sega.
