Is it against game rules to trade stuff from your non steam account to your steam account?
Am i breaking the rules?

Well...
I don't see why it should be disallowed though.
The usual reason for giving a non-steam account some dough could be: "I give my alt some 3* gear so I can fight the Roarmulus Twins when I'm at an internet cafe..."

If it's not allowed... I can't buy any CE for my Steam main.
I do not believe it is against the game rules to create "smurf" accounts and trade rewards from one to another. After all, you're not "cheating". You still have to do work on that other account to get those materials, so why not? In my opinion, though, I think you would be better off playing just on your main account since you will end up gaining more crowns, energy, and gear.
