Just some random idea i have to increase forum activity and promote the wiki: give those that have a certain amount of posts/edits on wiki some costume item.
Some checking system to prevent spamming would be need too.Maybe GMs would pick players who deserve it one by one?

Also before you say the english forum is somewhat fine, check other languages, they are desserted.
