I've searched on past threads, but I didn't find the answer.
So I post it here, hope someone can give me hand.

I have two accounts, one is Steam account and another is Web account.
If I use the Web one to buy a party pack, can I gift one of it to my Steam account?

I think you can, if you dont trust Steam or just dont want to buy trough there you can open an account, buy from there and give it to the other account, I dont think its a problem, its not cheating and you paid for the energy, just not from the main account.
