Emberlight
After arriving in emberlight I opened up my inventory
There it was, expires on like November 5th for me
and it costs 1k to use, so theres your answer

Moorcroft from Emberlight
I've noticed with the new travel system that If I'm in Emberlight the only way to get to Moorcroft Manor is to travel all the way back up to Haven. It would be nice to be able to pit stop in Moorcroft from Emberlight on the way to haven instead of having to overshoot in and spend Energy or Crowns to return.

But that's exactly what the travel pass does. Talk to the travel agent in the Arcade. I've used mine to go from Emberlight to Moorcroft for a fee of 1,000 crowns (which really isn't much at that point).

Perhaps I'm just crazy, but
Perhaps I'm just crazy, but before the new travel system wasn't there an elevator in each town to take you to the previous? Example: You could go Core -> Emberlight -> Moorcroft -> Haven sequentially. I swear I remember taking an elevator from Emberlight to Moorcroft for free. It just strikes me as odd that you can always regress to Haven for free but you can't stop at the town in between for free.
Or maybe all the Halloween candy from WalMart has addled my brain...

Makes me realize, we don't have THAT many spammers, this guy is a pretty rare species.
Not yet, but what I want to know is where the heck do gremlins come from? The one in the Core has a Cockney accent and the travel agent is a little reminiscent of Gollum. :P
