We NEED this. I mean really, one of the main reasons why I wanted pvp was to play with my FRIENDS not random people.

Please, PLEASE add a new option to FORM teams such as in the clockworks, open or invite-based, that you can change later from locked to closed to fill up spaces, and then ... make a match with a similar team formed by someone else then play. Or just any way to play with your friends really. AND against them.
I believe you can do that, so please do it, that's one thing this pvp needs BADLY.
