These weapons could be sold in TF2 for quite a good amount of metal as well, strange shotgun goes for 1+ refined average and the strange wrench goes for 3-5 refined depending on the trader.

I meant in terms of the blueprint hats that require 4 refined to be made. And I only included that info as a suggestion if they did not personally need the weapons. There's quite a few blueprint misc and hat items that can be made now. Unless... You feel like buying a few keys from Mann Co. at $2.50 each or trading 2 refined for each key and try your luck at uncrating these. Last I checked $2.50 gets you 750 CE in Spiral Knights, so anyone offering a strange weapon for a lower amount is underpricing and losing out.

Sorry to burst your bubble but Strange items are extremely common and the most expensive one is the Medi Gun at 2 - 3 Ref.
Sorry again to burst your bubble but indeed that is a terrible offer. Lets just say you managed to trade those weapons for your asking price of 4x refined, you are still nowhere near the price of a rose tabbard. Do not try & quote key prices to Tf2 traders either. Definitely the wrong thing to do around us ;)
My advice, go to steam forums & trade those weapons for refined & then for CE.
1x Refined= 500 CE
500 CE X 4= 2000 CE
4 refined = 2k CE.
Hat = 4k CE.

I'll take your strange shotgun, though. But don't expect 1+ refined, my price is 200 ce, and I'll need a close look at it first.
