Voltedge? The 5* Shock Brandish? Ouch! I'd imagine a legendarily kind soul might sell you one for 5100 Crystal Energy, but you'd almost definitely be paying more than that. It is worth noting that it would be around five times cheaper to get the recipes and craft one yourself (and even if you lose every single Coliseum game, the recipes cost about the same as any of the ones bought directly from the Terminals).
