There aren't even any regular Boom Modules in the Auction House.
I'm kind of thinking that people might actually not like using bombs as a primary weapon. Because of that, the price would be lower?

I'm a knight that focuses on my Nitronome and I plan on getting a Mad Bomber Suit to up my bomb power. Would an Elite Boom Module be nessecary for me? I can't afford to bind it to try it out and unbind it.

If I also sell the module for enough, I can make another one over time and end up gaining a bit of crown profit.

What do you think? What would you offer?

I wouldn't, because i'm a bomber, but I understand that there's lots of ways to increase the damage output for all three weapon types with armor, and most people use the trinkets for CTR or ASI. On bombs, I would imagine it's a cheap way to get CTR - just find a bomb with medium charge time reduction, get an elite CTR bomb trinket, and voila, maximum CTR.

Personally I only use CTR trinkets, because charge attacks are important for bombers and swordsmen (and i'm a swordsman).

First max ctr, if you are a

First max ctr, if you are a full bomber, and a damage bomber at that (ie your nitronome) its okay to max damage too. Just remember it is like going skolver with swords, dont get hit.

Trinkets are the slots with less good alternatives, so if you prefer defense, move your ctr there and get better armor.

If you didn't craft it yet,

If you didn't craft it yet, don't craft it at all. The difference is really small, fits into 1 attack with a party of 4, when you play solo 30% difference won't matter. 1 attack - tested on a gun puppy. Levi did 104 damage (if I remember correctly), combuster did 130 or so. Levi took down a puppy in 5 swings, combuster - in 4. And thats around 30% difference, you'll need two elite boom modules for that. In other words: not worth it.
