Seems typical of this game, lately. Either they need to upgrade the servers, or someone keeps forgetting to give us a message saying its down for this or that.

I've heard reports of players losing items, NPC services not working, Energy revives taking energy but not reviving, and login issues.
I guess the midnight reset didn't go as planned. A few minutes ahead of it the issues started occurring.
