Withdraw bug?

If you hit play again right after a match, then exit and go to haven, try to change gear, you cannot, and says you are entered and cannot withdraw. Bug?

When you sign-up for "play again" you are locked into your current gear. That way we guarantee you'll be the same tier as the first time you signed up. (Play again means play with the same people, and so you cannot switch tiers).
When you "play again" you also cannot withdraw. However, if the timeout reaches 0 and it is unable to start your "play again" match, then your signup is reverted to a normal signup and you can withdraw after that.
That happened to me as well
