Yeah I had 2 bids for energy,
Yeah I had 2 bids for energy, took them down and posted 2 more at a little higher. I didn't get refunded my crowns, and the new bids didn't go up but it still took my crowns - all in all I lost about 10k. Lots of people are losing traded and crafted stuff.

Just so you know, if the server is indeed dead then what your experiencing is your client showing you pay as that is done client-side, the server is dead so it won't ever have processed that information and thus when you log in you will have your money/energy etc. back.
Another words don't stress!

what about the payed for energy we might have lost? i was soloing and got to the intermission/crystal room floor. then 4 ppl joined in. we go down the elevator and there was no loading screen. so would the last save be when i entered the room or b4 i even started the entire instance?

I still am out 5k crowns :|
I still am out 5k crowns :| When the issue occured I had 2 bids up for 2450, I took them down and put 2 up for 2500.
So I lost about 9900 Crowns, when the servers came back up, my original 2450 bids were back up, but the crowns I lost from the 2 2500 bids were not reimbursed, they just vanished :(

Looks like I lost about 8k crowns. I tried to buy energy with crowns three times last night. My crowns disappeared, but I got no energy. Logging on today, the situation is unchanged.
I guess it can't be helped, but that doesn't make it any less frustrating.

I believe the items (not sure about energy/crown) lost to the rollback have been restored; I had gotten 2 spark forge tokens and a dragon scale drop right before the bug and logged in to find them gone. I didn't think too much of it but they were back in my arsenal today.

I experienced a similar incident earlier this week with purchasing energy from the market using crowns. When my bids disappeared along with my crowns I submitted a very simple description in a support request and received an in game email response almost immediately. I'm very confident that if they can verify your transaction in the logs you will be reimbursed asap. Though, with some greedy types taking advantage of these incidents and making false reports, I imagine verification/reimbursement may be a bit delayed.

Yeah I think I got my items
Yeah I think I got my items back and my crowns/energy purchase was reverted so I got my crowns back and lost the energy I bought. (So I bought energy again >.>)
I can confirm, the log in is hanging for me too. Was in the middle of making someone a Gunslinger Helm too ; ;
