I'd love a triple UV gamble on...
A. Polaris
B. Umbra Driver
C. Leviathan (if I get one on my main)
These three items of mine are most likely to get a triple-uv roll.
I can imagine any boss item with godly uv's is expensive.
My vote is Polaris with ASI plus 2x damage vs constructs/undead/slimes/fiends (especially constructs).

If I was going to gamble a 3UV I would do it on an armor since all the resistances/defenses could be useful. I would do Mad Bomber Armor and hope for Max Fire, Max Freeze, Max Shock. Or maybe Volcanic Demo Helm with Max Freeze, Max Shock, Max Shadow... /drools.
I think a sword would be worth more - Mistelli is right on the money for most valuable weapon with 3UVs. I would expect that sword to go for over 100k CE.
I had some spare CR so did a 2UV roll on my Divine Veil... got Low Curse, Low Shadow x_x Oh well. Was hoping for Max Normal/Max Pierce or maybe even Freeze, but what can you do...

if i had enough crowns then i would do swords. if i don't i would do armors.
trinkets can cover any uv you don't get with weapons. can't say the same with armors.

I learned a lesson, only do a 3x UV roll on your most used shield(s). You get a good bonus for a useful item. (Normally)

Either a sealed sword,
Either a sealed sword, brandish, good shield, or normal typed bomb/sword- these would have the highest chance of ending up with an amazing improvement that I could use.

Levithian Blade xD Because I know I'd end up with some some of bonus that wouldn't be completely useless.
Probably DA. CTR, ASI, and damage bonuses against anything that doesn't resist Elemental (Especially Undead) are all useful on it.
