I already had decent Medium UVs on all of my equipment, but my Mad Bomber Suit was lacking with Shock Low. My Mad Bomber Mask had Shock Med, so I figured I'd go for the set, and try for at least Shock Med, so I could stop worrying about Shock, or see what else showed up. I had about 200k cr saved up, which gave me 10 rolls. I figured I had good chances.

Normal Low
Shadow Low
Curse Low
Shadow Low
Poison Med
Normal Low
Freeze Low
Curse Low

I couldn't stay with Curse Low, so I ditched the last of my resources (400CE) and had to get rid of it. I ended up with Normal Medium.

I'm trying not to feel so bad, because there's literally nothing else I need to spend CE on, but it's hard, because I got totally hosed. All that money is gone. I don't think I'm ever going to want to roll a UV again. Now I'm dead broke. No CE, and about 2000 crowns to my name. Ugh...

I have made those mistakes before..poision low on ash tail coat (?????????) and my DA has gremlin low, the best one ive gotten is ASI lo0w on my GF which im not even sure if thats good or not.

The lesson is: Don't get UVs on Armour since they do nothing.

That's some unfortunate luck.
First roll I got my Faust was ASI Med (with full vog is ridiculous) and my second roll on my DA got CTR Very High. Magic touch = lots of saved crown. hahaha

You win some, you lose some.

Some days I've had luck like this. Other days I rolled "Charge Time Reduction - Medium" in ONE TRY on my bombs, which is absolutely fantastic (I can get it to Maximum when it's Level 10 and with my Volcanic Demo Helm).

More often than not I roll UVs on my weapons, rather than my armor and helm, so I'm not quite sure what my own likes and dislikes are in terms of defensive boosts. I think I prefer to stack defenses together though, for example, my Mecurial Mail doesn't have a UV yet, but if it gets one and it lands on "Shock - Medium", I would be absolutely content with that, same if it lands on "Piercing - Medium" or higher.

That said, you know that Volcanic Demo Helm I mentioned? Three tries and I rolled "Elemental - Maximum" on that sucker. :D It was FANTASTIC, my entire guild went ballistic. I could probably sell it for a ton of Crowns, but then again, it took me a ton of Crowns to MAKE it, plus it reeeeally really helps, sooo... think I'll hang on to it... :D

Anyway, threads like this remind me that I'm not alone in having terrible UV luck sometimes. At first I freaked out when I lost so much money on it. But then I found it was normal. So, yay I think. ^^;;

Also kinda makes me wish CE costs hadn't dropped back to 5k. I know it's stupid to say, but if they were still 7k, I'd spend $50 on 20,000 CE and sell ALL OF IT for Crowns, transfer most of those Crowns to my Alt, and use the rest for UV Tickets on my most recent 5* items. (Though, my Sentenza is a strange case; I want a Triple UV ticket for that one because it's already extremely balanced and versatile and so novelty, so even if I get three "Damage Low" boosts, it'll help quite a bit in all things, since I use that gun against ANY enemy, weak or resistant or not.) I guess it's nice that CE costs go up and down over time. All I have to do is wait, maybe play The Legend of Zelda in between runs day by day until I get a clear shot.

Oy... I decided to roll once

Oy... I decided to roll once for a single UV on my Acheron, since it didn't have a UV at all.
Roll #1: Bonus Damage High! ... Against Fiend. FFFFFFFFF

--After a long time--

Roll #2: Bonus Damage Low... Against Fiend. ARE YOU KIDDING ME
Rage Re-Roll: Bonus Damage Beast High. I am okay with this, since that can be combined with my Dragon Scale Helm for a total damage bonus of Ultra.

Punch is one expensive Gamble, that's for sure.

Thanks for the post, I did exactly the same with 200k cr, and lost it all on low bonuses. Good to know I am not alone.

Gambling is just that, I only had my self to blame - think a better way of doing it is 1 roll at a time.... hard, but best practice.
