Man, I just made my swiftstrike buckler, being the first 3* thing I have on my second character, and I got two Uvs! One of them being shock defense:Medium, and Normal Defense:Maximum!
Maximum. Hmmmmmmmm.....

If you are a gunner this may well be your endgame shield. If not though, I would suggest selling it for an excessive amount of CE. Any swordie/bomber will benefit more from some other shield that goes to 5*.

Swiftstrike UVs are way
Swiftstrike UVs are way overrated. The shield has so little health to begin with that no amount of UV boosts will prevent it from popping like a soap bubble in T3. The possible exception is getting max UVs on status effects, which might allow you to withstand an additional tick of zombie breath or status cloud. Now, it would be a different story if you could get UVs on increased shield health...
Therefore, by all means sell it for an excessive amount of CE to someone who wants that tiny, marginal improvement.
I wouldnt equip it i would sell it that would sell for quite a bit of CE
