Probably a little of both. I could play Lockdown for hours just because of how awesome it is.
I only played BN for the recipes.

BN was better for coins and
BN was better for coins and lock is better for time spending. It's amuzing but unless your good. a total waste of money. it's just another way to spend time on sk. is it variable atleast. when bn wasn't. but that's just My opinion.

Glad to see that someone still agrees with me. I just like good old fashion arcade type games. No variables, no need for seeing what armor is the best, or what weapons strength/element/speed is superior, just plain good timing and strategy.
Now if there was a Player vs. Enemy, mode I may consider it. Such as a contest between players to see who can rack up the most amount of points in a 4 minutes match.
It's about as fun as blast, which is no fun at all, just very chaotic and frustrating.
