I dont feel like grinding through the pvp or blast works to get the coins... anyone have this recipe for sale??

The 3* versions claim to be bind on equip, while the others say bind on acquire (at least before the last patch), do they still bind automatically despite what they claim?

That refers to the bomb itself, not the recipe.
The recipe binds upon acquire, so no one has it for sale. You can buy 6 Krogmo Coin boosters, use them all at once, and then grind Lockdown or Blast Network for a day to get the whole line of recipes.
Or someone can sell you theirs.
