Besides doing FSC, I'm looking specifically for a Tier 3 gate that has primarily Cold areas, with mostly Wolvers OR Ghosts.
Still have a hard time reating Strata loadouts for gates. Can anyone help me find the right one?

Well if you scroll down and there's no cold gate or undead gate in T3 then it's not there and it's not available. :D
Try gate construction too if you want to attempt to change future gates. But be warned, others are doing it too... and you might get fiends instead of undead... heh heh heh.
