Can't Equip

I'm trying to equip another weapon, but when I click on it, it says "Compare". I think this probably has something to do with the new Loadouts. Help please?

You can't change equipment if

You can't change equipment if you are waiting for a Lockdown match.

Withdraw from the match, equip your things, and then get back in the queue.
