So I've been playing Lockdown the past 2 days and I've been enjoying it very much. Now we all know the usual, most common, Loadout for players during Lockdown..

Swords: Barbarous Thorn Blade, Final Flourish, Gran Faust, or Divine Avenger
Bombs: Shivermist Buster
Guns: Polaris or Argent Peacemaker
Trinkets: CTR, ASI, or Heart-Pendants
Armor & Helmet: Vog

Those are the most common pieces of equipment I've seen people use. Understandable, they PWN in Lockdown if you know what you're doing.

Do you guys use anything different? Are you having fun with your unique loadout? If so, share with us how you equip your knight and tell us your opinions about your gear, or another person's gear. Or maybe tell us a story about how you wrecked the other team badly.

Example 1: "YEAH MY GRAN FAUST DOES WORK IN LOCKDOWN!"
Example 2: "HOLY CHIPS! THAT GUY JUST PWNED ME WITH HIS BARBAROUS THORN BLADE WHILE RUNNING 100MPH WITH MARATHO- ...I mean the recon mod!"

Hunting blade for the win!

Swords: avenger, hunting blade
guns: blackhawk
helmet: sinister skelly
armor: ash tail

Example 1:Pwned three 5* players ganging up on me. one in gunner's gear while the others were vog/heavy gear and bomber's gear. Two were guardian and one was striker. I pwned them with my hunting blade. Then killed two more that came at me.(both were full vog and all five of them have the weapons godispie listed) Don't EVER say hunting blade sucks! Or you shall be hunted... >:D

Example 2: Both of us were strikers. Both with avengers. Both ran at each other. Both lags and both runs into a shock trap. Both dies, but I was defending. :D

I was always made fun of when I pulled out my hunting blade.(The reason I pull it out is because it's my fav. weapon) Now I can use it at it's fullest potential. I love Lockdown. It's going to be hard to beat if they make more events. I enjoy using the striker class, because you can rush in use your hunting blde, then rush out kiting with a blackhawk. It's also fun if your rushing back to heal and you Scream out RETREAT! Was winning the match when i did that though. ^_^

I've got my Ash Tail Cap, my

I've got my Ash Tail Cap, my Dusker Coat, and my weaponry consists of either:

Fireburst Brandish and Nightblade
or
Hunting Blade and Super Blast Bomb

Still working on my first Sealed Sword to get the Avenger. :P

bleh, cus bombs aren't fun in LD, i went gunner.

Nameless hat, Justifier jacket, 2x elite true shot modules, Callahan, Sentenza, Polaris and switching between cryo and plasmatech. Striker and recon both work well. (recon for the gun speed bonus is epic)

I only play Tier 2, i found

I only play Tier 2, i found it MORE funny and balanced (Cheaper too "cough" "cough" okey im poor and i dont like to die in 2 hits =( ).

Tank Module
-Fused Demo ( Ultra CTR for bombs)
-Shivermist ( Cough the 3* ver) or Static
-Ash of Agni ( cough)
-Flourich (Poke, shield, poke, shield, always work D:)

Recon Module
- Dusker ( Recon already has Very high CTR for bombs so a lvl 10 bomb get MAX CTR)
- Brandish line ( WUT ? V.High CTR for swords.. DO WANT ! )
- Flourich ( For lolcharges)
- Static or Ash of agni

* Fun fact: Charge attacks works GREAT in tier 2

Changing Tiers

Hey, is switching tiers just as simple as switching your equipment? I took out all my gear, and my weapons of my slots, all my trinkets,
equipped the spiral knight starting out kit, with a stun gun, and a 1 star bomb, equipped a 1 star shield.
And ended up in Tier 3 amongst Vog sets.
In my load out, it said T1 and I've clicked mark for PVP, but in the lockdown screen it does say "you are Tier 3". Is there anything I've missed out on?

Here's a couple combos that are decidedly lacking.

T1- it doesn't matter what my equipment is. I get shuffled into T2 games :( Nothing like 2 HP bars with a recon module.

T2- full 2 star gear. Everyone's running around with half-3 star.

How come nobody's mentioned Voltaic Tempest? A shocked striker is a dead striker, I learned that the hard way.

Weapons: Super Blast Bomb,

Weapons: Super Blast Bomb, something else to fill the second slot that I never bother to switch to
Armor: Angelic Mail and Elemental Hood, because they're the only 3* pieces I have. I'll probably replace them with a fused demo set at some point.
Class: Recon

Example 1: I'm spamming the ever-loving gently caress on every checkpoint and out-DPSing the rest of my team combined. Everyone on the enemy team hates me. Some ragequit after the match. Trololololo. :D
Example 2: I just got glitched into a T3 match and rather than just bail and leave my team short-manned I'll just stick around dying a lot while trying to help cap points marginally faster in between the instakills. WELP, at least it's only 200cr lost.

Pretty much the only thing that stops my bomb-spam is someone with a magnus or a needle-shot. Possibly also an antigua, but I haven't run up against one yet.

Just like the post above me, i only use the nitro and rarely the guns cuz its just a good defence and offence wepon and works well with the recon class. I love to the spam the nitro while capturing points cuz its stops strikers right in their tracks and is good for weeding out the pesky recons. also if u see the other team capturing a point, if you are by yourself you have no chance of getting it by youself. But u stall/annoy the offending party by runing in with a fresh bomb and placing it right on point, then go recon, get out of sight and repeat, i eventually die to to DAs or GFs but its so fun to annoy them. It works well on DA and GF users cuz the second swing right after they kill one of my teamates leaves them stationary and get damaged by my bomb and then they one hit killed by a DA/GF user on my team.

Well...

Tier 1 it doesn't matter what your equipment is (except, it's better with Vitasuit), people die so slowly. What is important is to get everything you have to level 10 so you'll get an edge over the average player.

From my observation: Bolted Blade, Heavy Hatchet and Pummel Gun are pretty good.

i loved it how at the end all the comments were I HATE U RECON WOLVER GUY
