Lowering the Lockdown level.
I am on a 9-game losing streak in Lockdown.
I don't have many good weapons to choose from. My Arsenal mainly focuses around bombs and swords, which doesn't really work well with the Striker and Guardian classes with the damage penalties...
Anyway, I am getting tired of getting killed with one hit whenever someone decides to use their Gran Faust charge attack on me and chasing me around because I'm an easy kill.
I was just able to unlock Tier 3, so I don't have a lot of equipment that would help me. And because of that, I always seem to be stuck in Tier 3 games, no matter how much I lower my equipment star rating to something Tier 2-ish.
Is there any way I can practice in lower Tiers by equipping only the gear that is meant for that Tier so I don't have to be used as a training target?
If not, I really hope there is an update that does just that, because just because I'm Tier 3 doesn't mean I'm ready to take on the veterans.
Thanks!
They need to charge their GF to kill you? They do it without charge to me :)
I've been enjoying both T1 and T3 pvp. I bought the best 1 star equips I could muster, and T1 is almost as fun as T3. The downside of T1 is that it lacks too many gear options, and since health is so low, when you equip a striker shield, you are down to 2 notches of health. I'll have to level my 1* gear...
Also funny is that almost no one in T1 fills up the Krogmo bribe meter. In T3 you could randomly run into cheap players, but usually that meter will fill up when i get it going to 15 energy. In tier 1, even if I put in 20 energy, no one pitches in. I guess they really are newbs.
I'll have to try some T2 with 3* gear so I can avoid a bit of the giant bomb spam in T3.
How did you manage to get a T1 game? I've been waiting for 15 minutes and cannot find a group of T1 players to play Lockdown.
1. Set all the loadouts you aren't going to use to PvE.
2. Equip 3* gear only. Equip your proto shield if you must. (shield is not used anyway in lockdown)
3. Save that load out and set it as PvP.
4. Make sure all your loadouts that are marked PvP (including "current loadout") are marked as "T2" on the PvP meter.
You can also try T1 though. Buy a voltedge (REALLY?) or hotedge (WHAT!?) and voltech alchemer or Pulsar, and equip your best wolver gear. This might be the cheaper option if you don't have 3* equips or you recently upgraded those to 4*.
