Pick whatever you want, get the ancient armor, that will be a unique costume. Impress your friends with your fine coating of moss. I don't have the CE to break any binds ATM, so you will have to take a risk that I am not a scumbag. On the other hand I don't mind lowering prices. Below I assume roughly 5500 crown -> 100 energy, which seems sort of accurate atm. If conversion prices change drastically, assume that the energy prices below are the right ones.

This means to me:
5* break = 4000 energy = 220000 crown
4* break = 1800 energy = 99000 crown

I prefer to sell for energy so I don't have to convert a pile of crown to energy to break bind.

Fang of Vog:
6000 energy = 330000 crown = 4000 bind + 2000 = 50 per seal.

Blackened Crest:
3200 energy = 176000 crown = 1800 bind + 1500 = 50 per seal.

Any Ancient Stuff:
5500 energy = 302500 crown = 4000 bind + 1500 = 50 per seal.
