I think it would be a good idea to have a player's inventories (for all their characters) available on the website so they can view them when logged in without having to enter the game. Just log on to the website and you can view the information for all of your characters.
Steam players have already such a feature (you can see their inventory through the steamcommunity website on their profile pages), would be cool though for the official account users to have access to it too.
