When is the next sale pack offer coming to SK? How often does OOO do them?

So I bought both the Starter and Battle packs, came with a bunch of stuff. The mist tanks were nice.

There are no more packs available to me right now, just the standard CE values. I was wondering when the next pack was coming, and how often do they typically hit the market?

The Starter Pack was introduced in the 2011-05-26 release.
The Battle Pack was introduced in the 2011-08-03 release.

Nobody knows when the next one is coming.
