We still need a costume tier in Lockdown so its not exactly useless to hide your real gears.

What Dark ritual?
No costume in lockdown b/c if someone has all piercing Weps with them and see someone in Skolver costume, but really wearing Vog, they'll just find someone else to kill. No costumes for lockdown.
