Well, according to my veteran friends and veteran guild members, they say that UV max adds a lot more value because it can be chained up, but freeze isn't in high a demand as fire or shadow. with hard 3* gear to get with no UV like quicksilver helms going for 80-100k, they said a fair price for a non-rare gear with a non-fire/shadow max would be somewhere around 85k cr.
Since they've been playing for months-years, i'll go with their advice :P
