Is there any mods that can make special Shields for guilds? I strongly feel like all the members in my Guild (The Wolver Squad) should recieve a special shield for they're great work in the Clockworks...

When I think about it...
This seems like it might work. I dunno how hard it would be to code, but I feel like there could be a "Guild Crest" with multiple different options, in a similar fashion to creating your starting Knight, along with a color option or two for the crest.
This crest would of course go on your shield, as was suggested, and could be toggled on or off by each individual knight.
Of course, the crest would be set by a Guild Master, as to avoid confusion.

its seems like another MMORPG
its seems like another MMORPG ive played before where you could make guild capes. I would love custom sheilds or hats (maybe capes O.o) for guilds!

Edit the texture of the shield you want to use, it'll still use the same model though.
Why do your members deserve a shield over the other guilds? If they make a shield for you, which is 100% not possible, then they'll have to do it for every guild. Not going to happen.
