Female friendly costumes

All we need here is a male/female sign under nickname. And also i agree with *more boobies suggestion*....thats man's nature...
lol.
if you want boobs go to WoW.
:p
Shoebox, maybe it's because well.. you're shoebox.
"more Boobies sUggestion"
Must agree to encourage more Party play :D!
Well I'm actually really happy with this update. They put in ribbons, flowers, and bandanas. I dont' know what other female friendly accessories there are but I know there are some and It does make me happy. :D
I can't wait until we can have more girlish armor and helmets. :D
All the accessories seem fine. Some are feminine and some a male and some (most) are neutral. If you come to think of it, all Spiral Knights look pretty cute anyways. Just find ones that look and don't hinder the feminine side of a costume, or for that matter, the masculine side (Skelly w/ flower on head?). I find the dual-tailed fire helm pretty cool on other characters, and if you are tired of being called "Dan", then there really isn't much to help you with, Dancinjen. It's the first thing people see in ur name that would refer to a nickname. People would not call me Heavy-Duty all the time, just call me Heavy. Fore my other knight, Gyrome, I see people just call him Gy or Gyro. As far as accessories go, don't hinder what you want to show, or don't wear any if that's a problem. I'm still wondering if I should get any at all; they're expensive and I have an extensive costume closet :/
MOAR girly accessories for jenny!!!!!!!!!
I mean Daniel.
Wow.
A necro consisting of a double post. I congratulate you.
We still have no female friendly outfits! Would you rather the thread be re-posted and all this progress lost?
female wolver set! fit! i know you could use accessorys to help too but honestly, could use the extra for girls. even though i wouldnt use it cus im male.
First of all, why are the male species so perv??? Second, I agree with Dancinjen. We need armor that looks... like female. I think that about every mission I go on, somebody in the party calls me a him, he, sir, boy, guy, man, etc. So please, when is three rings ever going to read this? Anyways, stop mentioning boobs and such, because you are all wrong! (I know that sounds childish, I'm a child, not a teenager.)
P.S.
There is that helm thingy that has pigtails, but seriously, I don't think it's even 1*!
DAT NECRO.
Regarding Fuzzy, even if there was some more feminine armor, I think the general consensus for most people is to consider someone male when they play a game. I get it a lot just playing when I have gender options, and my screen name, despite having a slang term for girl, still people call me he unless they're corrected. But... I admit I do it too -- I auto assume someone is male until I'm told otherwise (normally I try to remain gender neutral until I know.)
Beyond the point, but... carry-on... or something...
I auto assume male unless their name/chatting habits/costume appearance/have the Spiral tailed helm.
And I'm no perv. Don't even suggest that.
The three armor types I wear (Emberbreak line, Wyvern Scale, and Seraphic) all look fairly lady-like, but I'm always up for a bit more variety. Also, some girlier accessories ... there are four(ish) available (if you count the scarf), and all but one take up the same slot.
I auto assume male unless told otherwise 'cuz any dude can choose to wear pigtails.
Feminine armor would only offer more choices for people to wear, but not necessarily help with determining one's gender. I can parade around in a miniskirt and pigtails, but it won't make me a girl, despite what people would think.
I love the bump. lol. :p
I think Chris needs more girly outfits, what do you guys think?
male species
LOL I DON'T EVEN
why are the male species so perv?
because that just how we are
Has any one noticed that the one of the main things people didn't want (except for those who suggested it) was added to all the "female" npc's designs.
The change was a subtle one. So it's not bad.
IMO, the 'female' appearance could be that and I wouldn't mind.
I introduced this game to my girlfriend and she said she wouldn't play it, even though it looked nice. When I asked why, she said following:
"Well, I am lady, and proud of it. I do not want to look male."
So does your girlfriend avoid any games that doesn't have sexual dimorphism in it? I kind of like how gender-fluid the game is.
I think the only reason everyone assumes that something "looks like a guy," is more because we are biased to see male as the default. And for something to look like a girl, we have to clearly mark it as feminine with certain traits, when they look like they could be either gender. I just think with males as the majority in gaming and a bunch of other fields, it's easy to start seeing girls and girlish traits to be a sort of novelty. Maybe they didn't want gender to be a huge focus.
(Also, I found it rather amusing when people assume that the spiral-tail helmet must denote that you're female in this game, when the lead artist designed his own knight with it. Thought I'd share that.)
of course they could make a gender choice, thus making female armors more curved around the waist, and a bit bulged around the chest. also, as for helmets, i think the only thing they could do is have a few more choices of eyes, specific for girls (but you cant choose eyes yet anywayz) . so i think the first suggestion i made would be a nice unique addition, maybe would take a little work with free form deformation box XD but id like to see a femal demo suit...... mm
XD sorry~ lol
They're just hatin', Shoebox.
