it's like sleep max, I suppose it takes the hits from the phantom knights better than a regular owlite would (assuming they curse, never even shielded that charge attack) but that's about it

If lockdown or another pvp mode gets updated to use your shield, curse will be great to shield from faust, although it would be more desirable on a shadow shield. If new monsters are added that can curse then your shield will look better.
