Ever since Lockdown was launched, I've found myself with a lot of Krogmo Coins, and I'm looking for the best way to sell them. Sullivan's recipes and masks can't be unbound, so that just leaves the Mod Calibrators. It looks like they sell for 7,000-10,000 at the auction house, where as the 5-star trinkets made from them can sell for around 80k-85k Crowns. By my estimate, those trinkets cost around 52k to craft: 5k for the crafting cost, 44k for the energy (depending on the market), and a few thousand for materials I don't already have. By that math, crafting a trinket would give me around 30,000 profit.
Would you say these cost estimates are correct? If not, what do you think is the best way to make money off of Krogmo Coins?

I think it's closer to 60-66k
I think it's closer to 60-66k for the energy (1200) to craft.... + 5k crafting cost + 2 mod calibrator (each 10-13k) + other mats (5k). So cheapest is probably like 90k, which is literally a loss for you assuming they go for 80-85k. But I don't think they sell for that low either. I was under the impression they were easily over 100k a piece. So find out what their current market is and what people are willing to pay for one. If that beats the profits of selling two mod calibrators (20k), then go for it.
I'm basing mod calibrator prices on what it was yesterday, but if you're willing to sell them, I'll buy em all at 10k a piece!

You have to take into account
You have to take into account that u need the 4 star trinket to craft the 5 star, which costs you even more to craft, and if im not mistaken, i think they require the unbound fee. So you are looking at a loss of crowns rather than a profit.
Your best bet is to go with the mod calis. its waht I do, and i sell them for about 1-1.5k cheaper than lowest buy price on AH.

I added the 4 star trinket cost to my estimates, and they don't require unbound fee unless you equip them.

which is about 73.5k cr, and the mats assuming you dont have any which will be about a huge ton as well. If you do make a profit, any profit at all, you will get about 5-10k. Otherwise you will lose money. However, the 3 mod calis you would have instead, you can use to sell for about 12k each and get 36k cr profit.

It is 2 mod calibrators noobowns, not 3. but yeah, 7500 for crafting, so should be close to a 100k investment for a trinket.
Bottom line: If you sell it for 120k+, trinket > mod calibrator. If you sell it for any less, mod calibrators will win.

Anyhow, truth be told, I just sell the mod calis. You are better off that way.

Even if u sell it at 120k or a bit more, u've to keep in mind the 10% commision, so u're charged 12k crowns => Pure profit is only 8k (admitting ur math to craft are correct anonalbe)
When u're selling two mods at 12k each the commision is only 2400 cr => Pure profit is 20k+
Trinckets takes longer to craft for less profit. You're better off selling Mods.

Actually your math are wrong, it's not 100 but 80k at worst, if u really have none of the mats.
Now Im curious at how much the 5* trickets sell. Cause if they do sell at 120k u're making 28k profit.

well truth be told you dont have to sell it on AH either. Not that im taking the side of selling the trinkets. In all due respect, I go with mod calis as I have been mentioning, but I just sell my mod calis via trade chat, zone chat, /shout, or haven 1.

EDIT: Ah you're right, mod calibrators shouldn't have been part of the calculations. So 80k cost to make one.
I've been checking on AH throughout today, and a few have been sold for around 150k, one has a 110k bid on a very long.
Do you have a lot of CE? If you can afford to keep your energy tied up for the time it takes to sell it, go for the trinkets. By your math, it would be the most profitable. If you barely have enough CE to do anything or only play lockdown, sell the calibrators for arena fees.
