Flickering textures

Machine specs:
Win 7 64 bit, 8GB RAM, Athlon 6 core 3ghz proc, ATI 6970 2GB RAM using driver 11.3 from 3/29/2011.

At my office, everything renders fine, but at home on the above machine I'm getting constant flickering with my textures. In this screencap you can see it affecting my helm: http://img708.imageshack.us/i/flickering.png/

It however is also greatly affecting terrain and I can see all the individual triangles used for the geometry while the flickering goes on. I've tried changing all my graphics options but to no avail.

Ah it turns out this is only

Ah it turns out this is only in the rescue camp so I guess it's not *that* bad.

I'm also experiencing this on

I'm also experiencing this on Cat 11.3 (ATI 4870), but just having my secondary GPU die I've been skeptical to the root cause. I know this did not appear during the Preview Event using Cat 11.2. Perhaps in the current Catalyst driver lies the issue for some. Give the older Cat 11.2 a try and see what happens.

I'm having this issue after

EDIT: Nevermind, resolved myself.

Confirmed that backdating drivers to 11.2 (from 11.3 and 11.4) does fix this issue completely.

I actually managed to find

I actually managed to find out today that this is a known bug in how Cat 11.3 and 11.4 handles OpenGL and occurs across a huge range of ATI hardware. This has been added to the Performance Issues FAQ.
