Like the title says, I'm not much of a swordsman, and already have both a Vog and Skolver set, but was wondering what a piece like this would be worth, or would I be better off remaking either the Vog or Skolver coat? Any ideas?

This is probably worth quite a bit to a lot of people. With the interest in pvp as it is and seeing how wearing the skolver set gives immunity to shivermist buster, this is a great item. No doubt people will be trying to get skolver sets with max shock resist so that they are immune to shivermists and voltaic tempests. I don't have a guess on the price but I'm sure if the right people saw this it would go for a lot.
