Help Unbinding items

So... today I went to the bazzar to unbind my 2 star helmet.
I discovered that I needed 200 energy to do this I was on full energy (100)
so I thought how can I unbind an item if you need more energy than you can hold? I went to the Wiki and looked up energy and from what is read it seems for me to be able to unbind a 2 star weapon, helmet, shield or armour I have to Buy cystal energy.
Are people forced to buy cystal energy only yo get rid of 2 star or higher items. I hope I'am wrong!
either way if what I have read is true this makes this a quite bad game.
please can you tell me if what I have said is right!

Yes. Your mist tank only stores 100 energy, so you will have to buy crystal energy. Right now I think the market is only 5500 per 100 CE so it's a pretty good price. Since you said you had a 2** helmet, I'm assuming you are tier 2, so you should be able to make more than 6000 crowns per run, so you will be able to buy energy, and make crowns.
