Please make it so we can transfer our STEAM account to REGULAR NON-STEAM account.
I have an ultimate game card and i want to use it for CE, but only non-steam accounts can use it since steam accounts have to buy it through steam wallet which doesn't accept it.

Many other problems would be solved if steam users had "normal" accounts, allowing them to take advantage of all account features/functions instead. Currently they can only log into the game. They have no means of interacting with the webpage. Do make use of the webpage tools, they need a normal account, which (as in the above case) is useless because the steam account is the one they want to access via the webpage.

1. Credit card :( (for most users this means... "MOM pls pls pls pls! I haz money..." "WHATDAHELLIZDIS?")
2. You buy party pack on alt and give it to your steam account. Expensive! Pray you can sell your extra starter packs... and not get scammed in the process...

I'm a college student in China... So I can't get a Visa card... All I have is UnionPay.
I have thought about option 2, especially since I have friends I know I want to gift them to, but yuh, expensive...
A question about UGC though... If I choose to pay by that way, could I split the 60dollars up into 2 or more cards, or can I only use one code for one payment?

yeah, I feel a need to unbind my SK account from steam sometimes. It ties me down.
There's no bonus going on right now, so you could just redeem the card on your non-steam account and trade the CE across.
