i know I just hate it when I get stunned by those stupid lumbers usally the knockback allows to not get hit again but it stinks if there are three and they all have healers. I hate stun and I'm constantly getting stunned that's why I want it.

by the way the bars lie so it probarly has the highest normal defense out if all of them. It goes in order highest normal defense: ironmight play shield, volcanic plate shield, ancient plate shield.
Ironmight last because of split peircing, then volcanic because it also has fire resit ant the ancient plate shield because it only has stun resit.

Ok stun resistance is the goal here...
Shield status resist doesn't affect you if you don't have your shield up, you could look into anti-stun armor then. I can think of Jelly, Plate or Ancient Plate...
(unless your issue is that you get stunned through your shield, in which case, hit up the Volcanic Plate or Ancient Plate shields...)

don't get it.
don't get ancient plate shield. it's trash.
even on heat level 10, it breaks on 1 hit from vanaduke mace. compare it to volcanic plate shield that can take 2 hit from vana mace consecutively.
i own both and already tested this.
and oh yeah, since i go to fsc a lot, so that's my opinion based on fsc area ok ^.~

1st I feel like GOD in T1 with any 3+* gear, no reason to use anything but Swiftstrike in T1 really, or you could pick up a normal plate shield line shield (which would have a status protection at 5*) for a fraction of the effort...
2nd still no where near worth it to get the Ancient Plate, because if you want a good shield you could be saving for the Blackened Crest -> Crest of Almire.
Well it's kind of "free" since it's seals, but it really has nothing over Volcanic Plate Shield, unless that normal defense bar of Ancient Plate Shield goes WAY over that right side...
Might as well get a Blackened Crest instead with those seals though...
