My suggestion or idea is to add "Compose a letter" to the options that you see when you click in someone (Tell, Trade/Join, (Invite), Ignore, Remove as friend/Add as a friend...)
I am a Guild Master and im constantly sending Letters (announcements, notifications, stuff) to my guild mates.
Is not an easy thing since there are 71 people in this guild (now).

Currently, it is really tedious for a guild master to manage a large guild. This suggestion would make it slightly easier.
(A more powerful feature would be to let guild masters mass-email their guilds in one message. Or to have a message board in the guild hall, that guild members can check. But now I'm straying off-topic.)
