It would be nice if there were chat macros for PVP, where we could hit a key and automatically tell the team things like:

"Attack control point !"/"Defend control point !" (depending on whether the cp is in our team or the enemy team's control)
"Abandon control point !"
"Enemy at !"
"Go to point !"

I understand that an improved cp status HUD is coming up, so highlighting the nearest cp on there would prevent confusion if you happen to misjudge which control point you're closer to.

It would also be nice to have macros like "Attack/Defend control point [1-5]!" which you could bind to a series of keys corresponding to each of the control point numbers.

Would make it so much easier to hit a single button to send a message to my team, rather than having to stop up, press Enter, and quickly type out my message before that Striker in Skolver and Final Flourish comes back to have his revenge on me.

There's an advanced cp HUD upcoming? Awesome, I suggested one awhile ago that would make things go more smoothly (in my opinion).

As for this idea, I am a fan. I have on occasion tried to follow my own code when playing with people I know. I simply type the number of the control point as many times as there are people on or going to it (so "444" for three people standing on control point four). I hope chat macros like this get implemented.
