You know when you ar on moorcroft or emberlight you can take the elevator to the next tier alone and the rest of the party can join you by pressing a button?
I say this should be implemented everywhere on the clockworks so if for example one guy wants to wait for arena but the rest don't, they can simply go ahead to the next level and leave him there without the need of kicks.

If the whole party is on a button they get a screen if the leader isn't if they all vote to yes the leader is overthrown and kicked.

Why isn't Juances idea already in the game. =_=
It's been sugested a million times and the admins don't seem to care.
Also oakgear, your idea is kinda dumb. Then it's just a race to the party button, and allies will just leave you behind. Plus, they wouldn't be able to kick you if you're dead, since corpses don't need to be on the button to activate it.

Kicking someone just because is a little sad. This may help. Had someone have to go AFK before and I had to wait for AGES.

At first I was like...
but then I nodded and Agreed.
I mean sure, you can wait to go into the next room and go solo right at the start, but when you have a situation much like psychodestroyer's that's still a hassle.
The party can kick him and there is no point for this idea.
