I have been using a spur in t2 lockdown and overall I love it. So my questions are:
How good is winmillion in t3 lockdown?

The winmillion is good for lots of people so you can spread a lot of damage but don't rely on it.

What they said if not, or if you don't wait to debuff opponents before attacking.
As much as I love Winmillion, I have to be honest. In T3 lockdown it's pretty much useless. Most people go in there with al least some normal defense.
And no, It hasn't been buffed as far as I'm aware.
