The Winmillion's charge attack has a tendency to do LESS damage than a single swing of its regular attack, since the backwards step on the charge makes it nearly impossible for the swing to connect, even if you're practically hugging the target. On top of that, it even has less reach than the regular attack. The Wrench Wand's charge attack has nearly three times its range! A workaround would be to walk backwards and turn in the middle of the charge attack animation, but that still doesn't make the charge attack very useful.
The description of the charge attack on the wiki says the energy disk can hit up to three times. I've had a Winmillion since closed preview event and I don't remember it ever hitting more than once. It always dissipates on the first hit and has a tiny hitbox, so that first hit usually hits only one target.
The Winmillion's main advantages are its range and mobility. The charge attack already loses the latter, so it should at least be closer to the Wrench Wand or Divine Avenger charge attacks in range.
Despite all this, the Winmillion is a fun sword to use, and I'd really like if it got more love from the devs and community.
It also needs a 5 Star version already.
