Hmm
I bought a Electron Bomb 4* with CTR Medium for 4600 CE (including the 1800 CE unbind fee)... so that is 2.8k for the bomb.
I would expect the Graviton Charge 3* to still go for around 2500 CE+ since it is rather difficult/expensive to get a nice UV on those. Also, Graviton is a bit rarer than Electron so there are less people apt to mass craft them.
I have a med ctr 4 star bomb if you want give me a reasonable offer :D
