I've often wondered why it's not possible to change your colour after character creation - I can't really think of a downside, or a method through which it could be abused. It's a personal choice, and one that could certainly work as a crown sink. Perhaps charge 25-50k to change colour, and depending on the feasibility, 100k to change character name? I care much less about the latter, but I'm sure there are the silent few who are looking for this feature.
Perhaps it's something that could be tacked on to the next content update - take a preexisting NPC like the knight at the fountain (who had been stripped of his elevator operation months ago), and give him a new function.
Just my suggestion. I know I'D love to change my colour.

I read some one saying something about not liking how that person's chosen colour looks on a Magic Hood or something along those lines, and it's probably not a unique experience. Now that I think about it, I would like to be able to switch it just to see which parts of a piece of gear take on player colour without having to search around the web for images... I think I have found a reason to create an alt.
Such a feature might also fit into the Guild Hall, since that space is bare right now and a guild might like to coordinate colours.
