It just depends...
I would prefer the divine set,because it has defense against shock and fire and that is handy in certain situations.

Grey Feather Cowl with a Divine Mantle?
Worth mentioning the Divine set gets a damage bonus vs Fiend Medium while Grey feather set fetches no bonus.

Only the Divine Veil has a
Only the Divine Veil has a damage bonus against Fiend. The Mantle has no bonus for whatever reason.
@Trojan thing, both Grey Feather and Divine make you more vulnerable to Trojans. Divine gives a slight increase to your damage against them and a major increase to their damage against you, and Grey Feather makes the stun effect last longer when you get hit by them. I'd say neither of the sets are really that good for Trojans.
Also, I'll say Divine with Max Normal UVs is better than Grey Feather. You're going to need quite a bit of luck and CE to obtain that, though.

Flawless plan: equip Divine
Flawless plan: equip Divine Veil and Radiant Silvermail. Rip through fiends and undead in FSC like there's no tomorrow, then get one-shotted by a trojan.

Ive did Divine Veil + Radiant
Ive did Divine Veil + Radiant Silvermail, It was awesome until... Vanaduke, Get Max Normal if your going to go for that set
This is one of those things that isn't universally agreed on.
Personally, I say Grey Feather because the zombies are very easy to evade and Normal defense helps a lot in the Vanaduke fight. Mind the stun weakness, though I'd take longer stun times over a lack of normal defense any day.
Also, though you only asked about FSC, I'd argue for Grey Feather in PvP too. Half of a DA/GF's damage is Normal, so even if you use Divine you only resist half the sword either way. With Grey Feather you at least get full defense against DA. Both sets can walk on Ash of Agni and Voltaic Tempest.
