I was in the teir 3 level of the Power Complex Slimeway.
More than half of the electric lichens there would continuously move in one direction without attack or anything, even after I hit them.
I know this is not intentional, as the other "unbugged" lichens would do their usual attacks when I'm nearby.
Please look into this.

They are being magnetically attracted to the core... or someone is hiding magnets in the corner of rooms. Either way its kind of sad that they'll never reach their destination.
I don't think OOO is interested in fixing this at the moment...
Or the problem is a little more complex than you think and it is taking time to fix.
After using a charged attack or being shocked they always enter this "ooh shiny!" state and move in one direction into a corner for example. If you have them for a minute or so, they'll start attacking again.
I understand what you mean, Shinigami. But, are the lichens supposed to do that? It makes it seem too easy.
They didn't seem to self-charge lately so I don't have a problem with it. When they are charged, however, they're invincible, move unpredictably (can't guess when to shield) and really fast (not enough time to shield thanks to lags).
So I'm fine the way they are, thank you. Actually, I do a single charged attack with Levi and they vanish from my map, leaving some coins behind (typically). So I don't really care if they're bugged - they don't live long enough to tell a shocking tale :P
I thought the rule was that we report bugs and glitches no matter what.
And we're not supposed to use them to our advantage either, remember?

Yes, I don't doubt it being more complex than it sounds is part of why OOO isn't "interested" in fixing it right away. Also this:

I actually liked the old quicksilvers. We went out to hunt them. When the small groups you encounter in the clockworks were not so much of a danger for us any more, we started shooting at them with storm driver charge attacks, running away giggling madly while the ones that didn't get onehitted killed all other mobs in the room and possibly each others. And started searching for quicksilver danger rooms - I was only a few heat-runs short of my "quicksilver set" (umbra driver, grey feather set, acheron, 2 of those useless anto-shock trinkets, etc...) when they got nerfed :/
It has been like this since they got nerved. There have been multiple threads and many players did bug reports. I don't think OOO is interested in fixing this at the moment... maybe players would just start whining again about quicksilvers being overpowered anyway, they used to do that a lot when quicksilver were still working ("Booohooo, danger rooms are too dangerous, I want the money I didn't pay back and a free speaking car or something").
